AP: Opposition YSRCP slams state budget as 'full of lies'

Vijayawada, Feb 14 (UNI) The Opposition YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh has termed the State budget for 2026-27, presented today in the Assembly by the Finance Minister, as "a bundle of lies" which tries to hide more than what it reveals and lacks in sum and substance.

Speaking to the media here on Saturday, former Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath said the "tall claims and fudging of figures" is blatant as the format of the budget book has been changed to the extent of covering up its lies and not revealing the comparative financial discipline by providing the mandatory ten year data.
