AP govt releases Rs 2 Cr to clear dues of weavers

Vijayawada, Sep 12 (UNI) The Government of Andhra Pradesh has released Rs two crore to disburse money to the weavers from whom the APCO purchased clothes.
Minister for Handlooms and Textile S Savitha said here today that while undertaking programmes for the development of the handloom sector and the welfare of weavers in the State, the Naidu headed coalition government has decided to pay dues through the APCO.

AP CM pushes road safety reform; municipal roads to get standard lane markings
