Vijayawada, Jan 26 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswa Bhushan Harichandan said that Andhra Pradesh government has a clear-cut agenda of all round development of the state.
Hoisting the tricolour flag on account of 72 nd Republic Day at a programme held in the IGM Stadium here on Tuesday, the Governor said laid emphasis on education, medical and health, agriculture sectors and welfare of people.
The Governor said that the government had effectively handled the Coronavirus pandemic. He said that despite Covid-19 crisis, the welfare schemes were implemented.
Mr.Harichandan said that there were some disturbing incidents that were trying to threaten the smooth flow of social fabric by some elements.
"The government is firm in safeguarding social fabric. Some vested interests have been trying to whip up passios by instigating and resorting to unsavory incidents which are crude and meansless and they were laced with ulterior motives", the Governor said ,adding the perpetration would be booked.
The Governor highlighted the welfare schemes being implemented by the government. The Governor said that the government aimed to make Visakhapatnam as executive capital and Amaravati would remain as legislative capital.
