Anurag Sharma New district President accorded warm welcome in Dharamshala

Dharamshala, Jan 11 (UNI) Newly appointed Kangra district Congress president Anurag Sharma arrived in Dharamshala for the first time on Saturday after assuming charge and was accorded a warm welcome at the Block Congress Committee office.
Former Congress candidate from Dharamshala and ex-Mayor Devendra Jaggi, along with Block Congress office-bearers and party workers from different parts of the Dharamshala Assembly constituency, greeted Sharma on the occasion.
Addressing party workers, Sharma said that a statewide agitation under the banner “MNREGA Bachao Sangram” was being launched on Saturday to oppose the renaming of MNREGA and changes in the scheme.
