ANERT Scam: Chennithala questions silence of Kerala Electricity Minister

Thiruvananthapuram, July 20 (UNI) Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala today questioned the continued silence of the Kerala Electricity Minister over the multi-crore ANERT scam in the state.
"For the past five days, I have been publicly releasing concrete evidence regarding the multi-crore corruption that has taken place through ANERT. Alongside this, I raised nine open questions that demand a response from the Minister for Electricity. However, until this moment, the Minister has not responded in any manner," said AICC Working Committee member Ramesh Chennithala.
"I have seen reports in the press that he intends to give an explanation to the Chief Minister. But I raised this issue publicly. This is not a matter that can be settled by providing an explanation to the Chief Minister in private," Chennithala pointed out.
