Andreeva beats Mboko to take Adelaide International title

Canberra, Jan 17 (UNI) Mirra Andreeva beat fellow rising star Victoria Mboko in the Adelaide International women's singles final on Saturday to claim her fourth career singles title on the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Tour.
Andreeva, the 18-year-old world No.8, defeated the 17th-ranked 19-year-old Mboko 6-3, 6-1 in one hour and four minutes, lifting the trophy without dropping a set in her four matches at the Australian Open warm-up event.
After losing the first three games to Mboko on Saturday, Andreeva won nine in a row to take control of the final, which marked the first WTA Tour meeting between the only teenagers currently ranked inside the world's top 25 women.
