AGI Greenpac’s Q4FY25 net profit up 50 pc to Rs 97 cr

Hyderabad, May 14 (UNI) AGI Greenpac Limited, a leading Glass Container Company, on Wednesday reported a 50 percent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 97 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2025 as against Rs 65 crore in corresponding period in the previous year.
The company continued its growth trajectory achieving Consolidated Revenue of Rs 705 crore during the quarter, a 13 percent increase compared to Rs 622 crore in Q4 FY24, the company said in a release.
However, for FY25 full year, the company’s consolidated net profit for the year stood at Rs 322 crore, up by 28 percent compared to Rs 251 crore in FY24 while consolidated revenue achieved Rs 2529 crore, registering year-over-year growth of five percent compared to Rs 2,418 crore in FY24.
AGI Greenpac Limited's success in FY25 resulted from its strategic focus and careful execution in several key areas.
With an investment of Rs 700 crore the Company proposed setting up of a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Madhya Pradesh with a daily capacity of 500 tonnes, projected to increase the company's production capacity by approximately 25 percent.
This strategic move aims to capitalize on the growing demand for glass packaging in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.

Mumbai, June 13 (UNI) Rupee on Friday depreciated by 48 paise to close at 86.08 against the US dollar, due to a spike in global oil prices and a firm dollar amid rising tensions in the Middle East following a fresh Israel attack on Iran's nuclear sites, a trader said
Negative close in domestic equity markets and heavy FII outflows further contributed to the fall in the local unit, forex traders added
The currency opened 55 paise down at 86.15 against the dollar. It closed the previous session at 85.60.
