African delegation meets Telangana Agriculture Minister, explores cooperation in seed sector

Hyderabad, Sep 12 (UNI) An African delegation, led by the Secretary of the African Seed Trade Association, called on Telangana Agriculture Minister Thummala Nageswara Rao on Friday to discuss prospects of cooperation in the seed sector.
The delegation, which had attended the Seed Summit held in Hyderabad on Thursday, visited the Minister at his residence to understand the progress made by Telangana in agricultural development, particularly seed production.
During the interaction, the Minister highlighted the initiatives of the Revanth Reddy led government aimed at farmer welfare and the significant strides achieved in seed production with active participation from both government and private institutions.
