Advanced Laparoscope System unveiled in Pune Divisional Railway Hospital

Pune, Jun 19 (UNI) In its endeavour to provide better, advanced health services to its officers and employees, the Divisional Railway Hospital here on Wednesday unveiled the Advanced Laparoscope System, in the presence of Divisional Railway manager Ms Indu Dubey.
Pune Divisional Railway Hospital has been gifted Karlstorz Laparoscopic Imaging System costing Rs 20.5 lakh by M/s K H Sitting System Private Limited under corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative.
Talking about installation of the imaging system and its features and facilities, Divisional Medical officer Dr Naveen Kumar said, "It is a very useful device, with which we can perform the most complex surgeries such as gall bladder, lap appendectomy, urosurgery, OBG surgery, arthroscopic surgery in an easy manner."

Mumbai, May 21 (UNI) Expressing regret over the lapse in etiquette matters during the visit of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Bhushan Gavai to Mumbai, Maharashtra Minister for Protocol Jayakumar Rawal on Wednesday ordered a departmental inquiry to investigate the lapse in etiquette during the Chief Justice's visit and submit an objective report.
