Achievements of Gorakhpur and UP are a showcase of the journey of development with heritage: CM Yogi

Gorakhpur, Jan 13 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today said that Gorakhpur was once notorious for mafia rule and hooliganism, as was the rest of the state, but today the achievements of Gorakhpur and the state are a showcase of the journey of development with heritage, and the Gorakhpur Festival is a platform for showcasing these.
The CM said, "We in Uttar Pradesh do not just talk about inherent possibilities, but deliver results in line with possibilities with firm resolve."
"The result of the government's resolve is that today Uttar Pradesh is rapidly advancing on the path of development after becoming mafia-free and riot-free," he added.
