Abhee Ventures expands Bengaluru residential portfolio

Bengaluru, May 13 (UNI)Bengaluru-based real estate developer Abhee Ventures has outlined its ongoing and planned residential developments across key micro-markets in the city, citing sustained demand for premium housing and improving infrastructure corridors.
Founded in 2009, the company has completed over 25 residential projects in the past 16 years and continues to focus on apartments, villas and plotted developments across high-growth areas such as Sarjapur Road and Electronic City. The company said its growth has been driven by end-user demand, long-term investment interest and expanding connectivity across Bengaluru's peripheral zones.
Under Managing Director R Nagaraj Reddy, Abhee Ventures has expanded from early-stage housing projects into a diversified portfolio that includes high-rise apartments, integrated townships and villa communities. The developer said its approach emphasises design efficiency, construction quality and customer-focused planning.
The company currently operates across several Bengaluru micro-markets, including Sarjapur, Whitefield, Hennur, Hebbal, Electronic City, Chandapura and Bellary Road. These locations continue to attract residential demand due to proximity to IT hubs, industrial corridors and ongoing infrastructure upgrades such as metro expansion and road connectivity improvements.
Among its ongoing projects is Abhee Aaria, a 12-acre development near Gunjur Lake offering 1 to 4 BHK units with extensive open spaces and lifestyle amenities. Abhee Serenity Springs, located near the Electronic City metro corridor, spans 4.5 acres and provides mid-segment apartment configurations with shared recreational facilities.
Other projects include Abhee Celestial City, a high-rise residential development on the Sarjapur–Whitefield corridor, and Abhee Tranquila, a 20-acre plotted development on Sarjapur–Attibele Road featuring villa plots and planned infrastructure.
Looking ahead, the company has proposed a 45-acre township on the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road corridor, expected to include 2 to 4.5 BHK homes along with integrated amenities such as a private lake, golf course and community infrastructure.
The company said its operations are guided by transparency, regulatory compliance and construction quality, with increasing use of modern construction technologies. Abhee Ventures stated that its expansion strategy remains aligned with Bengaluru's evolving housing demand and long-term urban growth trends.
