21 workers killed, 8 hurt in Cracker unit blast in TN, Stalin, Anbumani condole deaths

Chennai, Apr 19 (UNI) In one of the horrific tragedies in recent times, 21 workers were killed and eight others injured when an explosion ripped through a private cracker manufacturing at Kattanarpatti village in the southern Virudhunagar district of Tamil Nadu on Sunday evening.
The deceased included women.
When contacted by UNI, sources in State DGP police headquarters here confirmed that 21 people were killed in the tragedy and eight others were critically injured and were rushed to hospitals.
