15 MOUs signed with International trade delegations at Vibrant Goa summit

Panaji, Oct 18 (UNI) As many as 15 memorandum of understandings (MOUs) were signed between the visiting foreign trade delegations and the Goa Chamber of commerce and industry (GCCI) and Vibrant Goa Foundation in the first two days of the three-day Vibrant Goa-Global Expo and summit ( VG-GES) 2019 being held here.
The 15 foreign trade delegations which signed the MOUs include the
Indian American Business Council (IABC), USA, lndo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC)Canada, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KLSICCI)Malaysia, Malaysian Indian Business Council (MISC)Malaysia, Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Singapore, The Bahrain Small and medium scale industries, Bahrain,
Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Bhutan, Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC)Qatar, Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) Nepal, Oman Business Forum (OBF) Oman, Business Club France lnde (BCFI) France, Saudi Indian Business Network (SIBN), Saudi Arabia, China Trade Forum (CTF)China, Indo-Baltic chamber of commerce and industry, Estonia and Sport Lisboa e Benfica, Portugal.
Among these, three foreign trade delegations namely, Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI)Singapore, Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Bhutan, and Sport Lisboa e Benfica, Portugal signed MOUs with the Goa Chamber of commerce and industry. The remaining 12 foreign trade delegations have signed their MOUs with the Vibrant Goa Foundation.
According to Manoj Caculo, President, GCCI, this was indeed a momentous occasion.
"It is heartening to see such a positive response from visiting trade delegations. We at the chamber of commerce will build on this start," Caculo said.
Rajkumar Kamat, President, Vibrant Goa Foundation, expressed similar sentiments when he said, "This is just the beginning. We will work on these relationships and continuously explore business and investment opportunities between Goa and the rest of the world."
