130 CPI (Maoist) cadres surrender with 124 firearms in Telangana

Hyderabad, Mar 7 (UNI) In a major setback to the CPI (Maoist), 130 Maoist cadres, including several senior leaders of the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA), surrendered before the Telangana Police in the presence of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday.
The surrendered cadres included three State Committee members, one Regional Committee member, ten Divisional Committee members, 46 Area Committee members and 70 party members.
Among the prominent leaders who joined the mainstream were Endri Kalithram alias Uike Kallu and Korsa Lakku (PLGA Battalion Company Commanders), Chalasani Navatha alias Chandra (DK Special Zonal Committee member), Irpa Ramu alias Vinod (Regional Committee member), Muchaki Ungal alias Sudhakar (DVCM), and Pottam Aruna alias Saniki (DVCM).
