12 percent of the enrolment in govt. schools not linked to Aadhaar

Patna, Mar 25 (UNI) The Bihar government on Tuesday admitted that of the total 1 crore 769453 enrollments in the government schools, 12 percent were not linked with the Aadhar card and announced to link them within a month.
While replying to a question of Arun Shankar Prasad in the state assembly during the pre lunch sitting the Education Minister Sunil Kumar said that of the total enrollment in the Government schools , the enrollment of 1 crore 55 lakh 64 thousand 748 students have been linked with Aadhar whereas 21 lakh 29 thousand 805 students were still to be linked with their Aadhar card.
The Minister announced to link them with the Aadhar card within a month to provide them the benefits of various schemes running for their welfare.
