"Swadeshi Melas" to be held in 75 districts of UP from Oct 9

Lucknow, Oct 8 (UNI) Following success of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2025, the state government is organizing 'Swadeshi Melas' in all 75 districts of the state from October 9 to 18.
In a press conference held here on Wednesday, Rakesh Sachan, Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Khadi, Handloom, and Textiles, stated that Brand Uttar Pradesh achieved unprecedented success in the recent third edition of the UP International Trade Show, held at the Greater Noida Expo Mart from Sept 25 to 29.
The event showcased the state's strengths, rich traditions, and production capabilities to the world. Over 2,200 stalls showcased innovative products and initiatives from government departments, entrepreneurs, artisans, exporters, and craftspeople.

Need to identify organisations and ideologies involved in terrorist incidents: VHP

Lucknow, Nov 15 (UNI) In response to the recent bomb blast near the Red Fort in the national capital, Delhi, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has sharply criticised global terrorist incidents, claiming that “the same religious ideology is at work behind most Jihadi terrorist attacks worldwide.”
VHP National spokesperson Vinod Bansal said in a statement on Saturday that there is a “need to clearly identify” the organisations, training centers, ideologies, and sources of inspiration involved in terrorist incidents.
