‘Such a dream’: Elizabeth Debicki on Brad Pitt’s Cliff Booth sequel

Washington, Feb 7 (UNI) Actress Elizabeth Debicki has shared exciting details about the upcoming sequel to Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 hit ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’, revealing that Brad Pitt will reprise his Oscar-winning role as stuntman Cliff Booth. The sequel, titled ‘The Adventures of Cliff Booth’, is directed by David Fincher with Tarantino returning as screenwriter, according to People.
Speaking to People magazine at the Sundance Film Festival during the premiere of her latest film Wicker, Debicki described the project as “such a dream to make.” She added, “I absolutely loved it. We shot it for nearly six months in L.A., and I just adored working with David. I just love him to pieces.”
Debicki also praised her co-star, saying,“And I loved working with Brad. In his absolutely iconic role, it was a joy… I was very, very happy at that job.”
The film also stars Scott Caan, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Carla Gugino, and is expected to be released on Netflix later in 2026.
Debicki, 35, currently appears in Wicker, directed by Alex Huston Fischer and Eleanor Wilson, alongside Olivia Colman, Alexander Skarsgård, and Peter Dinklage. She was also recently seen in the second season of The Night Manager, opposite Colman and Tom Hiddleston.
Reflecting on her career, Debicki said, “Just more work. I'm an actor, you know? There's not a lot of things you can control in life. You can be particular about the people you gather around you… and how honest and kind they are.”
Brad Pitt, 62, meanwhile, has ‘The Riders’ in development, where he is set to star and serve as producer.
