New Delhi, Mar 14 (UNI) The cover of 'Naxal Terror Vanquished', an upcoming book by author, political commentator and policy analyst, Tuhin A. Sinha, was unveiled here on Saturday.
The book gives a sweeping account of how India dismantled one of its longest-running internal security challenges — the decades-long Maoist insurgency.
The book traces the arc of Left-Wing Extremism from the ideological uprising at Naxalbari in 1967 to the steady decline of insurgent networks across the once-formidable Red Corridor, stretching through large parts of central and eastern India.
