'Mummy-Chachu aakhiri baar dekh lo, shayad phir na dikhun': Faridabad pilot leads all-women crew to rescue 169 Indians from UAE

Chandigarh, March 11 (UNI) In a remarkable display of courage and professional excellence, 23-year-old pilot Deepika Adhana, a resident of Faridabad, successfully led a rescue mission to evacuate 169 Indian nationals from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) amidst the escalating conflict in the Middle East.
The mission was particularly notable for being operated by an all-female team, including Captain Jaswinder Kaur, Pilot Deepika Adhana, and four woman crew members, who navigated the high-risk zone to ensure the safe return of their compatriots.
The mission, which took place on March 6, was a sudden assignment for Adhana. Speaking about the experience, she said that she was directed to join the flight just two hours before departure, replacing a colleague.
