'Gram Chikitsalay' Season 2 trailer released, to premiere on June 23

Mumbai, June 12 (UNI) The trailer of the second season of comedy-drama series 'Gram Chikitsalay' has been unveiled, with the show set to premiere on Prime Video on June 23.
Produced by The Viral Fever (TVF), the Hindi-language series will stream in India and across more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
The new season continues the journey of Dr Prabhat, who is determined to transform the primary health centre in Bhathkandi village into a model healthcare facility. However, he soon discovers that the village's challenges extend far beyond medicine and infrastructure.
Directed by Lalitam Tiwari, the series has been written by Vaibhav Suman and Shreya Srivastava, while Deepak Kumar Mishra and Arunabh Kumar have developed the show.
The cast includes Amol Parashar, Akash Makhija, Anandeshwar Dwivedi, Vinay Pathak, Akansha Ranjan Kapoor and Garima Vikrant Singh, all reprising their roles. Actor Dinesh Lal Yadav joins the ensemble in a key role.
According to the trailer, Dr Prabhat finds himself confronting local politics, resource shortages, bureaucratic hurdles and deeply rooted social attitudes as he attempts to improve healthcare services in the village.
Parashar said the new season takes his character through several unexpected twists while highlighting the realities of rural healthcare with humour and emotion.
Pathak said the series offers an engaging and realistic portrayal of village life and its healthcare system, while Kapoor noted that the new season explores the challenges faced by rural hospitals and ordinary people from a fresh perspective.
Yadav said he was delighted to be part of a series that presents the realities and social fabric of rural India in a simple and entertaining manner.
