‘Bandland’ music festival cancelled in Bengaluru

New Delhi, Jan 15 (UNI) The Bandland music festival scheduled to be held on February 14 and 15, in Bengaluru, has been cancelled. The update has come as a disappointment to all the fans who have been waiting for the festival.
BookMyShow Live announced the decision on Wednesday through a post on its official Instagram handle. In a note addressed to fans, the organisers wrote, “Bandland Fam, this one hurts to share. Bandland 2026, scheduled for February 14 & 15, will not be going ahead as planned.”
The cancellation follows the announcement that Muse, one of the festival’s headlining acts, has called off its upcoming tour due to unforeseen circumstances, which also affected their Bandland performance.
Explaining the decision further, the organisers stated that with the festival just a month away and their commitment to delivering an uncompromised live experience, they chose to cancel this year’s edition in order to uphold the quality Bandland stands for.
“We completely respect their decision and send them love. We know this is disappointing news, it is for us too, and we’re incredibly grateful for your trust, patience, and love for Bandland,” the note added.
The organisers also assured ticket holders of a full refund. All refunds will be processed within 8 to 10 working days to the original mode of payment. Refunds for Bandland add-ons purchased with other events will also be issued, with further details to be communicated directly to customers.
The statement concluded by thanking fans for their continued support and for being part of the Bandland community.
