government should pay employees PF and ESI for the month of March, April and May, to provide support to the industries by providing Rebate in taxes, reduce interest percentage, provide employees welfare activities and make sure utilities are available at controlled cost.

The government should pay 50 percent of Employee cost for MSMEs with turnover less than Rs 50 crore for shutdown period, 25 per cent for a period of 3 to 6 months beyond shutdown till business conditions improve, deposit of Rs 15 lakh to each family as promised by Prime Minister earlier or some of amount to combat next 6 months.
Smaller companies need access to easy loans from banks and NBFCs to rebuild their businesses.
