VFS CEO conferred Niche Industry of the Year award

Kolkata, Sep 29 (UNI) Dr Kuldip Maity, MD & CEO, Village Financial Services, was conferred the Niche Industry of the Year award, 2018, for his outstanding contribution in the microfinance sector and towards poverty reduction in various parts of the country.
The Eastern Chamber of Commerce Awards Committee yesterday unanimously proposed the name of Dr Maity.
In the award ceremony the jury honored him with the Niche Industry of the Year Award 2018.
The Eastern Chamber of Commerce (ECC) is one of the oldest Chambers of Commerce dedicated to SME and MSME sectors and has been in existence in Kolkata since 1945.

COVID-19: Life remains crippled due to lockdown in Kashmir
