UP: 3 die, 7 injured as truck rams e-rickshaw

Amethi (UP), Sep 29 (UNI) Three people died and seven were injured when an e-rickshaw was hit by a truck in Ramganj area of the district here in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, police sources said here.
Police sources said the incident took place early in the morning of Thursday when the truck hit the e-rickshaw coming from Pratapgarh district. "Three persons identified as Ajay (25), Rahul Nishad and Rajendra Nishad died on the spot," they said.
Police sources said seven persons were injured in the accident and have been admitted to the district hospital in Sultanpur. "District Magistrate Sultanpur visited the hospital and inquired about the condition of the injured," they said.
