Two construction workers electrocuted in Nashik

Nashik, May 15 (UNI) Two young workers were electrocuted while being
engaged in construction work at different places in the district.
In an incident that occurred on Tuesday, 25-year-old Somnath Bharat
Shinde, resident of Hivargaon in Sinnar taluka, got an electric
shock while he was working on a construction site at Dixshi village
in Niphad taluka.
He was immediately admitted at Nashik civil hospital, where doctors
declared him dead on admission.
The Ojhar police have registered a case of accidental death in this
regard, police said.
In another incident that also occurred yesterday/ on Tuesday, Sharad
Ambadas Valve (24) of Gangawadi was electrocuted after he
accidentally touched an electric wire while being engaged in
construction work.
He was admitted at civil hospital, where doctors declared him
brought dead.
The Nashik Road police have registered a case of accidental death in
this regard, sources added.
