Hyderabad, Dec 6 (UNI) All the four of the accused in the brutal rape and murder of a 26-year-old veterinarian in Telangana have been killed in an encounter with the Cyberabad police at Chatanpally near Shadnagar, outskirts of the city in wee hours on Friday.
The accused were identified as Mohammed Areef, Naveen, Shiv and Chennakesavulu.
The police claim that the accused tried to escape while the crime scene was being reconstructed and were killed in the encounter.
The encounter took place just few meters away from the place where veterinary doctor was set ablaze.
All the top senior police officials arrived at the encounter site.
Police yet to be confirm the encounter.
