SP leader booked for occupying Dalit woman's land

Pratapgarh, Sept 12 (UNI) Samajwadi Party district president Chavi Nath Yadav and his supporters were booked for allegedly taking possession of a Dalit woman's land and assaulting her family in Bulaki Pur village of Manikpur area here on Saturday.
As per a statement from the Superintendent of Police (SP) office released on Saturday, the SP district president and his personal security personnel have been accused of forcibly capturing a Dalit woman Ms Gayatri land, after a video went viral on social media.
In the video, it can be seen that two youths of the family are being allegedly beaten up.
