Sinitic partners with T9L to boost conversational commerce market

New Delhi, Jun 25 (UNI) In its endeavour to take on India’s conversational commerce market by disrupting artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing, Sinitic, the market-leader in AI Customer Experience (AICX) solutions for multilingual contact centers enters the Indian market with T9L.
T9L is the Startup Studio, with a portfolio of 30 startups and a cumulative market value of US $250M across its portfolio companies.
The partnership will expand Sinitic’s CX automation solutions to select, fast-growing verticals in India’s enterprise support market, estimated to be US $150 million by 2021 with a CAGR of 14 pc.
The partnership between Sinitic and T9L will also include an ongoing research collaboration to refine Sinitic’s core natural language processing engine with the nuances of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil.
Conversational commerce is the process of interacting with a brand or buying a product or service through non-traditional channels, such as voice assistants, SMS text and online and social media chat.
Usually powered by artificial intelligence, a combination of technological advances and consumer preferences paved the way for conversational commerce to gain traction, primarily in B2C retail.
It works by consumers choosing a non-traditional, one-to-one channel to interact with a business and
to complete a purchase at their own speed and on their own time.
