Russian President Putin extends birthday greetings to PM Modi at SCO Summit

Dushanbe/New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday conveyed his warm wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday during his opening remarks at the SCO summit in Dushanbe.

Putin, who addressed the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit virtually, smiled as he read out his greetings to PM Modi, who folded his hands in a namastey in acknowledgment.
