RSS chief to address 3rd-year camp on June 16 in Nagpur

Nagpur, Jun 12 (UNI) Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat will address around 700 cadres, who will pass out on completing the third-year course, at Smurti Mandir premises at Reshimbagh ground here on June 16.
The Sangh Shiksha Varg-tritiya Varsh is an annual event, in which committed Sangh workers get the final training, binding them to lifelong work for the RSS.
They are drawn from across the country and all walks of life, with several of them being professionals, self-employed and teachers in their youth.
Making it also unusual will be the Sarsanghachalak having the dais all to himself, hogging undivided attention of the media and followers.
Traditionally, an outsider as chief guest remains also present on the occasion. But this time the RSS invite shows only one name that of RSS chief Dr Bhagwat, who will guide the course participants.
Last year, the function was held in June’s first week, and former President and Congress veteran Pranab Mukherjee as chief.
Mr Mukherjee’s presence at the event had bagged national headlines.
