New Delhi, Feb 19 (UNI) Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday appointed three AICC secretaries each for Uttar Pradesh east and Uttar Pradesh west to assist General secretary In-charges for UP east Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and UP west Jyotiraditya Scindia .
According to AICC General secretary K C Venugopal ,'Congress president Rahul Gandhi has approved the proposal for appointment of Rana Goswami, Dhiraj Gurjar and Rohit Chaudhary as AICC secretaries for UP west (attached with Mr Jyotiraditya Scindia).
The Congress president has also approved the proposal for appointment of Zubair khan, Kumar Ashish and Bajirao Khade as secretaries for UP east (attached with Priyanka Gandhi Vadra).
The Congress president has also approved the proposal for relieving Prakash Joshi and Naseeb Singh of their responsibilities as AICC secretaries.
'The party appreciates their contribution during their tenure as AICC secretaries, 'Mr Venugopal said.
