Police foils attempt to burn effigy of Imran Khan by MRM activists

Hyderabad, Aug 14 (UNI) Police foiled attempt to burn the effigy of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan by the Muslim Rashtriya Much (MRM) activists at Afzal Gunz here on Wednesday protesting against his anti-Indian policies.
MRM activists led by its Telangana Convener M A Sattar attempted to burn Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s effigy, but police foiled their attempt and arrested them due to permission denied by the Sultan Bazaar ACP Devender.
Earlier, speaking to media, Mr Sattar said “We want to express our anger on Pakistan for its malign publicity against revoking of Article 370 and Article 35 A, anti-Indian Policies, continuous support to cross border terrorism and for the present situation in Jammu & Kashmir.''
However, permission was denied by the police”, he said and expressed his dissatisfaction for it.
