PM Modi urges citizens to change social media display pictures in tribute to armed forces


‎New Delhi, May 7 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday called upon citizens to change their display pictures on social media platforms as a tribute to the Indian armed forces on the first anniversary of “Operation Sindoor,” praising the military’s courage and decisive response during the operation.
‎In a post on X, Modi said the operation had become a symbol of the bravery and determination of India’s security forces. “A year ago, during #OperationSindoor, our armed forces showcased their valour and gave a firm response to those who attacked our people. Every Indian is proud of our armed forces,” the Prime Minister wrote.
