Over 300 women take part in Delhi-Jaipur TSD rally

New Delhi, Feb 29 (UNI) The 2nd edition of the all women's TSD Drive by JK Tyre-North Chapter got off to a stupendous start, here on Saturday morning.
Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju and Mr Anshuman Singhania, Deputy Managing Director, JK Tyre & Industries flagged-off the car rally amidst much fanfare and pomp, which saw the competitors course the city roads before hitting the highway to complete the grueling and exciting journey all the way to Jaipur.
The FMSCI-approved all-women’s rally which is held in the standard TSD (Time, Speed and Distance) format is organized to promote women in motorsports saw over 105-car field totaling over 300 lady drivers.

Harmeet, the most popular paddler in the state, didn’t disappoint his fans as he demolished his Haryana rival with clinical precision. Throughout the Games, the Birmingham CWG team gold medal winner exemplified his form with superb touch, none better than in the semifinals against G. Sathiyan, the top seed. The final seemed a mismatch as Ghosh hardly showed any glimpse of a comeback and became easy prey to the Gujarat man.
