Managed office space company Office Beanz eyes 250 pc growth by 2021

New Delhi, Dec 2 (UNI) NCR based start up company 'Office Beanz Private Limited' which provides comfortable and productive work spaces, on Monday completed first year of its operations with manifold increase in its customer base.

'It has been a good year for us. The growth has been vertical and we plan to expand to seven and a half thousand (7500) seats in the next year, expanding to Delhi, NOIDA, Rajasthan, Mumbai and Bengaluru", Office Beanz CEO Ravi Raj Chawla said here.

In a statement, the company said in its first year of operations, it opened 3000 seats in Gurgaon and further aims to expand its network in other parts of country, catering both individuals and large offices around-the-clock corporate environment that is comfortable, cozy yet helpful in increasing productivity by attending to every need of the individual, through its professionally trained staff.

Company's Co-Founder & Managing Director Sharad Bajaj said that the idea was to create a workplace that mirrors a growing company’s needs with flexibility, hospitality, efficiency, modernity and affordability. He further apprised that his organisation has been receiving encouraging response to the managed office concept and "the company should be able to tie up with another dozen companies, within the next one year itself”.

The one-year-old start up has Sterlite Technologies (Vedanta), Burger Singh, Quattro, Enser Communications (Servicing Acko Insurance, Oyo, Club Mahindra), Starmaker Interactive, Quicksun Technologies among other offices on it premises under the managed office model.
