Aurangabad,Dec 02(UNI) The Marathwada region of Maharashtra recorded 36 fresh COVID-19 cases and 4 related deaths during the past 24 hours, health authorities informed on Thursday.
The district headquarters report stated that of eight districts in the region, Aurangabad district recorded 12 cases and 3 deaths, followed by Beed with 19 cases and a single death, Latur 6 cases, Parbhani and Osmanabad district had three cases each, Nanded and Hingoli one case each and Jalna nil, they added.
Meanwhile, during the past 24 hours, 767 fresh cases of COVID-19 were recorded across the state, taking the total number of infections to 66,36,425.
