Lawyers of jailed Russian businessman prepare lawsuit against US Prison Bureau

MOSCOW, June 14 (Sputnik/UNI) The defence of Russian businessman Viktor Bout, who is serving a 25-year prison term in the United States, is preparing a lawsuit against the US Federal Bureau of Prisons because the Russian is not being provided with professional medical care, Bout's lawyer Steve Zissou told Sputnik.
Earlier reports said there was a sharp deterioration in the health of Bout, who had an unknown infection six months ago, which worsened due to lack of professional medical care. For six months, the Russian has not been examined by a specialist doctor, he has never been diagnosed.
