Large scale appointments of veterinary doctors in Bihar soon

Patna, Nov 21 (UNI) Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi today said that 903 veterinary doctors would be appointed in the state soon.
Speaking on the final day of three-day conference on ‘Pashu Poshan’ (animal sustenance) organised by Bihar Animal Sciences University at the conference hall of Bihar Veterinary College here, Mr Modi said Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) had already completed the interview process for appointment of veterinary doctors.
He said, the state government would provide subsidy up to Rs 50 lakh and Rs 5 lakh to anybody setting up fish feed factories with the investments of Rs one crore and Rs 10 lakh respectively. Bihar is the first state of the country where scholarship of Rs 2,000 per month is being given to a student persuing studies in the veterinary science, he added.
