Kerala's startup ecosystem a model for the nation: Seeram Sambasiva Rao

Kottayam, Mar 8 (UNI) Kerala's startup ecosystem has emerged as a role model for the rest of the country, and innovation hubs should be established in all major cities in the state to nurture high-value startups, Special Secretary of the Department of Electronics and IT Seeram Sambasiva Rao has said.
Delivering the presidential address at the day-long IEDC Startup Summit 2026 held at Amal Jyothi College of Engineering in Kanjirappally in Kottayam district, Rao said Kerala's greatest strength lies in its human capital, which has enabled people from the state to excel across the world.
Emphasising the importance of knowledge-driven innovation, he said the focus should be on building high-value startups capable of competing in global markets.

NHRC issues Advisory 2 0 for welfare of transgender persons
