Kolhapur, Oct 16 (UNI) With climate changes caused by the movement of tectonic plates, there is high possibility of earthquakes in various parts of India including Maharashtra and nearby countries by November 15, claimed a well-known Meteorologist on Monday.
Kirankumar Johare, a former scientist at the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India. told UNI that the primary findings of his research show that 'EQ cloud" (earthquake cloud) and fog were being formed in North India as also Maharashtra.
This could be an indication of an impending earthquake in the coming days in Mumbai, Konkan coast, North Maharashtra and Gujarat border with Koyana dam area, Kutch area, Himalayan foothill in Delhi, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Keh-Ladakh, North East India.
