Hyderabad to celebrate World Environment day with 5K run

Hyderabad, Jun 2 (UNI) Umar Alisha Rural Development Trust (UARDT), sister organisation of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyatmika Peetham,Pithapuram, is organising 5K run towards a green future on "World Environment Day' at Jalavihar , Necklace Road in the city on June 5, organiser Ms Suryalatha said in a statement here on Sunday.
The run will start from 0700 hrs to 0900 hrs and the entry fee will be Rs 100 per head, the statement said.
Regitrations are open on their official website and the participants will be given one-shirt, certificate and a plant, she further said.
Hundrads of participants, mainly youth are expected to participate in the green future event which is conducting every year by the trust, she added.
