Mumbai, Apr 30 (UNI) Gera Developments Pvt Ltd (GDPL), creators of premium residential and commercial projects in Pune, Goa and California, announced that it has sold out inventory worth Rs 264 crore in less than four days after the launch of the second phase of its child-centric homes project, Gera’s World of Joy, located at Kharadi, Pune.

Since the launch of this project, the real estate company has cumulatively sold 70 per cent inventory accounting for an area of 3.26 lac sq ft, Rohit Gera, managing director of Gera Developments, was quoted as saying in a press release here on Sunday.
