FTAPCCI to organise Telangana Tourism Conclave from Jun 28

Hyderabad, Jun 5 (UNI) The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) in association with Global Panorama Showcase (GPS) Private Limited and Government of Telangana will organise a three-day “Telangana Tourism Conclave 2018” at Hotel Marriotte, here from June 28.
The three day event consists of a knowledge sharing seminar on first day and the second and third day of the event is dedicated exclusive Business to Business (B2B) interactions through a trade show wherein tour operators, agents and other stakeholders are expected to take part.
Announced this at a press conference here on Tuesday, Telangana Tourism Secretary B Venkatesham said that the objective of the conclave is to attract tourists and promote tourism in the state.
He said that the Telangana was the best destination in the world to visit any reasons and all seasons. It has history, tradition and technology together. “Telangana tourism is much cost effective in medical tourism. Now it is the time to showcase Telangana into global panorama”, he said and appreciated FTAPCCI for organising the tourism conclave to promote tourism in the state.
FTAPCCI President Gowra Srinivas said that the Telangana Tourism Conclave-2018 would deliberate on the challenges faced by the tourism sector. Eighty exhibitor are exhibiting 120 products or services in the three-day conclave. 350 plus business delegates , across the globe are expected to participate in conclave. Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Delhi, Haryana and countries like Turkey and Iran tourism already gave their consent to participate at the conclave.
“ It will provide b2b meets and MOUs between sellers and buyers”, he said.
GPS Managing Director Garmanadeep Singh, Conclave Organising Committee Chairman Hari Kishan Valmiki said that as part of World Environment Day, the conclave will be held without paper (paper less). All the transactions through electronically only, they said.
