Former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi files nominations from Koderma

Koderma, Apr 15 (UNI) Former Chief Minister and JVM(P) supremo Babulal Marandi today filed his nomination from the Koderma Lok Sabha seat of the state.

JMM executive president Hemant Soren, JPCC president Dr Ajay Kumar and senior Congress leader Subodhkant Sahai were also present were also present.

CPI(ML) candidate Rajkuamr Yadav has already filed his nomination on April 12 for the seat, while BJP candidate Annapurna Devi will file her nomination papers tomorrow.

The last date of filing of nominations on this seat is April 18 while scrutiny of the papers will take place on April 20.



Candidates can withdraw their nominations on this seat till April 22. The voting will be held in Koderma seat along with Ranchi, Khunti and Hazaribagh in the fifth phase of Lok Sabha elections in the state on May 6.
