Five country-made pistols, 22 live cartridges seized in Nashik, 2 held

Nashik, Apr 24 (UNI) The Nashik police have arrested two people and seized five country-made pistols and 22 live cartridges from them in different parts of the city.
Acting on a tip-off that two men have come here for selling the pistols and live cartridges in Nashik Road and Ambad areas of the city, a team of the Central Crime Branch unit number-I laid a trap near Satkar point in Nashik Road area and arrested the suspect, Sangrami Madhav Phadke (39, resident of Gandharva Nagari), while moving in a suspicious manner on Monday night.
During his search, the police team recovered two pistols and 11 live cartridges from him, police said on Tuesday.
