Ex-UP minister's brother, brother-in-law killed in road accident

Bahriach, Aug 22 (UNI) Two youths, close relatives of former Uttar Pradesh minister and senior Samajwadi Party leader Yogesh Pratap Singh, were killed in a road accident in Jarwal area of this district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday night.
Police said the accident occurred on the Lucknow-Gonda highway when an SUV, in which the youths were travelling, collided head on with a mini-truck near Jhukia village.
The deceased were identified as Somesh alias Rahul (35) and Sudeep (36).
While Rahul is the younger brother of the former minister and Sudeep is the brother-in-law of the SP leader.
They youths were en route to Bhabhua village in Colonelganj area of Gonda.
The driver of the truck fled the scene after the accident.
