Dehra deprived of employment, health and education during BJP tenure: Congress

Dharamshala, Sep 30 (UNI) State Congress Treasurer and possible candidate of Congress Party from Dehra Assembly Constituency Dr. Rajesh Sharma on Friday said that it is his duty to make the area deprived of employment, education, health and other basic facilities in comparison with other developed assembly constituencies of the state, as my political goal.
In the press conference, Dr. Rajesh Sharma said that the Double Engine BJP government has made a tremendous political stepmother attitude towards Dehra ,the oldest sub-division of district Kangra, and made this subdivision to suffer at the developmental and political front both. Dr.Rajesh Sharma alleged that in the last assembly elections , Hoshiyar Singh, who became an independent MLA by showing distant dreams to the people of the area, is seen in political turmoil now due to his failure miserably during his tenure. He gave his political support to the BJP government of the state.
He said that due to the political functioning of Independent MLA Hoshiar Singh, who enjoys power, there was resentment among the people towards him in the entire assembly constituency. Congress leader Dr. Rajesh Sharma said that BJP-backed Independent MLA Hoshiar Singh, who committed political gymmics hypocrisy of not taking salary of MLA post, shaved and water samadhi over the problem of Pong dam displaced, made political deceit from the people of the assembly constituency. State Congress spokesperson Dr. Rajesh Sharma alleged that BJP-backed Independent MLA Hoshiyar Singh, under the threat of political power, on the banks of Pong Dam on the land of Bhakra Beas Management Board along with the alleged illegal occupation, the road has been constructed on the land of the Forest Department in private interest.
