Dalit and backward Muslims should get reservation: Pasmanda Muslim community

Lucknow, Oct 13 (UNI) Pasmanda Muslim community has demanded that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government at Centre and state should provide reservation to Dalit and Backward Muslims.

Pasmanda Muslim community general secretary Anjum Ali Mansuri here on Sunday said reservation to Dalit and backward Muslims was banned on August 10, 1950 provided by section 341 of constitution but later reservation to Buddhist and Sikhs was allowed.

BJP’s MP Working Committee passes 3 resolutions

Bhopal, June 24 (UNI) A single-day meeting on Thursday of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Madhya Pradesh unit’s Working Committee witnessed unanimous passage of three resolutions including one regarding public welfare work accomplished by the central and state dispensations during the novel coronavirus crisis.
The four-page political resolution emphasised that Premier Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan are toiling for the benefit of the masses. The document alleged that misgovernance, administrative anarchy and economic turmoil characterised the Kamal Nath dispensation’s 15 months in power. It said that the Congress is failing in its role as a responsible opposition at the Centre and in Madhya Pradesh.
