CWC: Hannah Rowe approved as replacement for Flora Devonshire in New Zealand squad

Dubai, Oct 4 (UNI) The Event Technical Committee of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 has approved Hannah Rowe as a replacement for Flora Devonshire in the New Zealand squad.
Rowe was named as a replacement after Devonshire was ruled out after sustaining an injury to her dominant hand during the team's training session at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.
The replacement of a player requires the approval of the Event Technical Committee before the replacement player can be officially added to the squad.

RRCAT to launch five-year beamline commissioning project in 2026

Indore, Feb 15 (UNI) The Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology(RRCAT), one of India’s premier scientific institutions in the field of lasers, particle accelerators and cryogenics, is set to launch an ambitious five-year Beamline Commissioning project in 2026. Jishnu Divedi, senior scientist and director technical support said that the project, aimed at strengthening the country’s advanced research infrastructure, will be implemented within the sprawling 1,700-acre RRCAT campus in Indore.
