Puducherry, Jul 30 (UNI) As many as 90 more people tested positive for Coronavirus and one died in the last 24 hours till Friday morning taking the tally of infection to 120815 and deaths to 1793 in the union territory.
According to the Covid 19 status for Friday released by the health department, of the 5317 swab tests taken Thursday ,90 tested positive for the virus.53 new cases were reported in Puducherry region,18 in Karaikal region,five in Yanam region and 14 in Mahe region.
As many as 82 people were discharged in the last 24 hours.54 of them were from Puducherry region,17 from Karaikal region,seven from yanam region and four from Mahe region.
